Making a complaint
Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ values all its interactions with the public and is committed to providing an excellent experience for everyone. If you are in any way dissatisfied with an experience that you have had with Ä¢¹½ÊÓÆµ, there are several ways to get in touch:

Please detail the nature of your complaint.
Please note that the process detailed below only applies to matters affecting the complainant in some way; general observations about the Society from those who are not so affected will not be treated as complaints.
Step 2: We will respond
If you make a complaint by phone, we will endeavour to reach a resolution during the call. If this is not possible, we will give you a timeframe to which we will work.
If you complain via email or post, we will aim to resolve, or acknowledge receipt of, it within five working days. If the complaint is more complex, we will contact you again within ten working days.
Step 3: If you are not happy with our response
We hope that you are satisfied with our response. However, if not, please let us know. We will escalate your complaint to senior management, who will further investigate and aim to provide a response for you within ten working days.
The Society reserves the right to record the contact details of complainant, and a description of the complaint, for the purposes of reporting, on the number and nature of complaints received by the Society. All complaints will be recorded on a log to identify appropriate remedial actions and trends. Information stored by the Society is held in accordance with our privacy policy.
